The sushi is delicious! And the prices are just right. I had the tempura shrimp which is just a little bit of tempura, but still delicious. Even better was the Dynamite dish my son ordered. The flavor is mind blowing. And that smoked scallop on top was perfect. Loved our awesome server

This is the best sushi place in town. They really focus and put well their energy into making extraordinary sushi dishes. The presentations are always unique. The taste is exquisite by curating the perfect combination of ingredients.

Updated Feb. 2025: Best sushi in Ft. Collins. I'm a regular. Tonight, the seaweed salad was gourmet gorgeous, garnished with finely sliced avocado, orange, cucumbers, strawberry & blueberry. Modern decor. Always welcoming as party of 1 at full bar, booth or table; good for dates too. Servers are wonderful & work hard. It can get busy during prime time, as it's popular for pick-up orders. Be patient, worth the wait.

This place is great. I went in the late afternoon on a monday and it was pretty empty. The atmosphere was perfect very nice and chill. The food was amazing, it does cost a pretty penny. But the food is well worth the cost. The sushi is amazing and the plating is just as good. This is a great spot for a higher end date. Other than the cost being just a tad higher than other sushi options I'd say this place is perfect. The staff was also friendly.

The food was delicious. The fish tasted fresh (for Colorado). The people were very friendly and kind. The atmosphere was clean, open with lots of natural light. The specialty sushi rolls they have here are very unique and I believe they change them up often so you can try something new almost each time you go. This is one of our favorite sushi locations in Fort Collins.

Honestly, Nori just hits differently. Better atmosphere and presentation than Suehiro and those types of restaurants that kinda feel old. The rolls actually taste and appear fresh, and the service is capable without suffocating you. It's not trying too hard, but just good overall. Prices are fair for what you get, and the sake selection is on point. This is my new favorite.

Went during the afternoon and service was very prompt. The lunch special had ended five minutes prior, so we were unable to get in on that, but we still ordered a spicy tuna and spicy yellowtail roll. We also ordered a fire and ice roll, and one I can't remember off the creations portion of the menu. All of the rolls came out well plated and were delicious. The one with scallops on top was hit with a blowtorch briefly and the smokey flavor really set it off.
